Crazy Busy Weekend
Whew, I am so tired! I had an exciting and busy weekend! Saturday was the volleyball tournament. We got there at 8 am and played almost straight to 12 pm. While you're playing you don't feel too bad, but as soon as we finished I felt like taking a nap!;-) My team did really well and missed the finals by two points.:'( We were happy for the hs team winning the tournament, though, 'cause they had worked so hard this year. Just wait until next year!;-)
The Ds came to watch us but got there just as we were done. C's feeling much better and they were glad she proved the doctor wrong when he said she'd be sick for a couple of weeks. She couldn't wait to be able to kiss us again. My dad picked up pizzas and we hung out at the Ds. Man, were we hungry!
After we got home I napped the rest of the afternoon away and only woke up in time for basketball at the gym. I know, I know, I'm crazy...but I couldn't miss it after I had been waiting for it so long! We even got to play more volleyball for awhile.:-)
Yesterday church was at the Paddocks house. After pulling JP and JT away from SAT verbage, we played an awesome game of Pictionary. While Catch Phrase takes first place, Pictionary follows as a close second. The teams were E, JT, and D vs. me, JP, and L who came near the end. I'm happy to announce that my team won! Football took us outside with the teams tying at 5 a piece. Like I said, it was a crazy busy weekend!
