"ONE" Way?
Way back when I took R&W, I had to write a paper stating whether or not I thought supporting charities such as United Way and UNICEF is ok. After investigating the two organizations, I found that they had a few questionable ways to help people. For instance, providing abortions and birth control is not a good way to make sure families in poor countries have enough food to go around. The end does not justify the means. Ever. I also touched on another reason which I was pleasantly surprised to find the subject of Mark Cahill's July newsletter. Be sure to check it out! And if anyone is looking for a good charity to donate to, I have a few that I can totally recommend!!
