What A Day!

I found out I had a term paper (in MH&A) due today when I thought it was due NEXT Wednesday! I still hadn't settled on a topic, but I thought writing on Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina wouldn't be too hard. I was wrong! There is no information to be found on him outside of my textbooks. And I do not have the gift of stretching a paragraph into a whole paper! When I told my friends I had changed my topic to Beethoven, they immediately reminded me of "the rule." The Fab Four Handbook says,

DON’T change your thesis the midnight before the paper is due…although 11pm is ok.
Testimony (April): It is possible to do this. You can even change your thesis 4 times in two days before the paper is due and still get it in on time. However, this may cause lack of sleep and mental wearing.

I was told that I was breaking that rule by 19 hours!! Now it may surprise some of you, but I do occasionally break rules...sshhh ;-) Researching Beethoven was so much easier, and I had almost finished when BAM, another student informed me that the paper IS due NEXT Wednesday!!!!! :P...
